Please note, services provided through Better Me Better We LLC are coaching and not therapy. I do combine therapeutic knowledge with coaching techniques, or, "Therapeutic Coaching", but this should not take the place of clinical therapy. Should you prefer clinical therapy, as a licensed therapist I do provide therapy services in my private practice Beautiful Mind Therapy, LLC. You must be a resident of Arizona to receive therapy services. If you are not a resident of Arizona I would be happy to provide you with resources to secure a therapist licensed in your state. Get to Know Me...
I am a life coach and psychotherapist but more importantly I have experienced and overcome many of the issues I work with. As a single mother, I too have managed stress, anxiety and feelings of overwhelm all while building a successful career. I am not exempt from parenting challenges and relationship issues. At one point, I too struggled with people pleasing, perfectionism and lack of boundaries and have challenged and changed those behaviors to become the thriving person I am today. I have two amazing children, a thriving career and soon will be looking toward retirement and worldly travels. Let me help you do the same!
